On this project, the EPI and PPI is 24. I had difficulty to obtain the PPI it was around 20 and i had to put pressure and even that I was not able to have the 24. Is it normal????
My towels are nice but I feel that the fabric is too dense for a kitchen towel, but OK for a hand towel.
The last one in REPP is my preferred.
But as always I had fun playing at the loom, and thank you for every thing

Jane did say it was almost impossible to get the same ppi as epi. Just beat as you normally do or maybe a little harder but don't worry about getting the ppi the same.

Hi Suzanne - I had the same issue and I think the most i managed was 22 PPI. I don't like to beat hard, and I also have a Louet Spring which has a light beater. I think 24 PPI would have been far easier to achieve on my former loom which had a heafty beater. Anyway - I like the final towels just fine as well. I agree that they are nice and thick.
