Do I understand correctly that my Louet Jane Loom is not a rising shed or sinking shed because it has levers? And that I should instead make an "lift plan"?
Then again, are those different from the drawings in the pdf?
Or am I thinking too hard now?

The Jane is a rising shed loom. The Lift Plan is used because you have levers to make the sheds rise. It would be the same as a direct tie up for a rising shed floor loom.
If your treadle on a floor loom is tied to shafts 1 and 3, for example, you would simply use your levers to lift shafts 1 and 3 on your table loom.
Thanks, I think I understand ;-)
