Hello, I personally like Donna Muller’s book, but I really think that putting on a warp and working through the pdf will be the best way to get a grasp on these laces. There is nothing like taking it to the loom and weaving the sampler to really bring it home. I would definitely start with Canvas because it opens to the door to Huck and Swedish. Many of our members have had wonderful success at the loom and you see first hand how it all works. Doing the draw downs reinforces it :). Hope this helps, Cheers, Jane
