I'm attempting to do a twill exploration, and since my warp is all one color, I thought I'd be smart and warp with two threads at a time from two spools to save time. When I look at my threads in the cross on the lease sticks, I see two over, two under, two over . . .My questio is: is this a problem? I'm threading a straight twill, 1-2-3-4. I know that the lease sticks and the cross are there to make sure you're taking the "next thread" from the cross, but the way mine is, I've got two threads to choose from. Is it a problem? Any gotchas that I should be aware of? The fun never stops nor does the education when you become a weaver! Thanks for any advice anyone can give.

Not a problem at all, Adrian!!! It's perfect and it doesn't matter which one you thread first in those pairs, just don't take one from another pair, because it would be coming from the next section of the cross and therefore going the other way through the cross.
