I just started weaving my project, kit 1 season 1, and I noticed I missed a slot in the read. Will it matter in the end to leave it? If so how can I fix it?

If you’ve missed a dent while sleying your reed, you have to resley part of your reed so every dent across the width of your warp is filled. Otherwise… you will have a gap going down the full length of your cloth ;-) - not a pretty sight! Welcome to our weaving world, Kelly!
So I need to undo what I’ve woven so far, also undo my hemstitching and untie from the front apron ?
That’s totally up to you! In your case - I’m assuming you are doing the Asymmetry Sample. By finishing weaving the sample, you’ll have an example of what happens when a dent is accidentally left empty. It’s certainly not the end of the world - and it’s not something you’ll repeat soon. However, even weavers who have been weaving for many years can make a mistake when distracted. It’s part of the “fun” of weaving. I mistakenly thought you had “just started weaving”!
