I just re-watched Season 1 Ep 2 (1.2.4 Threading the Heddles). I noticed the thread on the cross is NOT one over and one under. It was 4 over and 4 under. I was taught that a proper cross should have one over and one under. Hope that makes sense.

Oftentimes it is 1 over and 1 under however, if you watch other videos where she is warping you will see that sometimes it is easiest to wind a warp with 2, 3, 4, or even 5 threads in your hand at one time. This saves time and saves tying knots between threads especially if you are doing color and weave.
Watch her color and weave warping videos and she explains this a bit more. It really does make it easier to warp and does not adversely affect your cross.
Hope this helps!
