Did anyone else have problems with the "menu" on the episode videos yesterday? The "menu" started appearing on the upper left side of the video with the "tracker" which is usually at the bottom, on the top. I haven't been able to reverse the video or fast forward it in that position and haven't been able to find out how to change this position. Could I get some help?

You are not alone. I have been struggling to find the lost button that allows fast forward and rewind. I am using my nac book as usual so not my hardware. any other ideas?

I love this forum so much. I know it is not the fault of JST that things go haywire, but the platform that has glitches. It doesn't hamper me in any way from coming here, but I wish some things could be fixed.
One is the fact that when you go to a comment in an email it only goes to the thread and not the actual post. In a short thread it is not a big deal, but some of these thread are pages and pages long. The other beef I have is that there is a place to "Follow" a thread. I have done that many times yet it says I am following zero topics.
Another item that would be nice is if we could post images more easily without having to go to another application.
Drag and Drop would be ideal, but maybe there is a reason for not having that feature.

Well this afternoon my videos are fine. So ,no more naughty videos as they are in the right position. I certainly don't know what that was about !! I am a happy member again.

I was struggling last night with my lovely Jane videos on my computer. I have a Microsoft operating system on my laptop computer. It is running Windows 11. Yesterday I noticed that I couldn't control the speed or reverse or pause Jane. I wasn't able to get back the place I was watching.
Very annoying as I loved the ability to rewatch and rewind things. Something has changed...

I am a huge fan of Jane Stafford and all of you lovely support people.
On my phone I can continue as always as it is on the app.
I much prefer my larger laptop screen. I see I am not alone in the concerns....

I fixed my issue with the videos.. cleared all browsers cache etc. Issues are gone..
So if anyone else has problems it maybe a file or something got corrupted .

For those that are still experiencing issues with the player navigation bar, OTT support sent us step by step on how you can fix it. Their new player was launched in early November and some viewers' browsers continued to display the old player control cached, causing the issue. We're happy to share with you what they sent us. Thanks for your patience everyone!

Here are the steps that will resolve it:

-Hold Shift + Refresh the web browser (this does the first temporary cache clear)
-Clearing the browsing and cache history manually from settings
-Updating the web browser would be the last step

Users going through this order will have the video player controls restored in those cases where the cache did not clear and load up the controls properly. For the majority of the users of OTT it will refresh the next time they sign in.
