Just cut these off the loom. Next steps...

I love this.
Beautiful, Kit!.
Just finished hemming these yesterday. So much fun with the Summer & Winter episode. Weft threads varied between 8/2 cotton, 8/4 mercerized cotton, boucle cotton, sport weight Euroflax. Some towels I hemmed with one end going one way and the other end going the other direction as I loved both sides equally. Just put the warp on my smaller loom for the Crackle episode.

I really like your selection of Summer and Winter.
I want to try that lesson, but haven’t tackled it yet. I’m kind of hooked on double weave right now. 😉
I just took this scarf off the loom. It's a Christmas present for our daughter, and there's a little story behind the yarn.
It's from North Ronaldsay Island in the Orkneys where our daughter and son-in-law visited his distant relatives who live there. One of them spun the yarn (the oatmeal color and the natural). My daughter bought it and intended to knit with it but when she decided she didn't like knitting she gave it to me. 15 years ago. LOL. I swore I would make her something out of it and here it is--finally. The grey is Harrisville Shetland because ti didn't have enough of the other. It's plan twill blocks and I had hoped the colors would not be quite as subtle, but I think she will like it. Hopefully she won't throw it in the washer and turn it into a doll scarf. Now I can get back to double weave blankets!

what wonderful memories she'll have thanks to you!!
Just finished hemming the last batch of towels for Christmas presents. A few scarves to go. You may recognize two of the warps--Muted Color Gamp and Stripes from Season 2. Happy Holidays!
Wow, everything looks great! Lots of fun to share. I love the colors in the Muted Color Gamp.
Holy cow!! You've been busy. What wonderful presents!!
What lovely, and generous work. I hope your recipients appreciate what you have put into such gifts!
Beautiful collection.
So many wonderful inspirations, thanks for sharing!
Kit, the towel is so elegant and beautiful!
I'm fighting with a wonderful soft and shiny alpaca yarn that is behaving so different than I expected. My "scarf" is now 23cm in the reed and sett changed from 12.5 to 20.
And my resleying skills improved quiet a bit🤣
I finished the scarf . Fortunatelly it didn't shrink in the water, Alpaca really seems to behave totally different from sheep wool.
I'm happy the width is still enough for a man's scarf.

Beautiful !!
I just took off three rugs-- one a recycled blue jean rug, one a "rag" rug made with material I tore into strips and one from an old faded flannel sheet also torn into strips. The last one I wove as a twill, not knowing how it would come out and the twill certainly gave an otherwise boring rug some interest. All were approx 32" x 31", and it was my first linen warp. I think these were the best-made rugs I've done so far, so am looking forward to continuing the quality of my rug work. The linen warp I tied onto a dummy warp that was already threaded-- so convenient to do that. Then I tied some wool/alpaca onto the same dummy and am weaving a blanket with some really lovely Malabrigo merino, this one a double weave so I can open it up to approx 62 or so inches when done. I plan to make it 72" after being wet finished, for my sone who is 6'5". I'm hoping to finish it in time to ship it to him for Christmas.
Do you have pictures, Nancy? Would love to see your rigs, and I do have a special appreciation of almost anything Malabrigo ;)
I'd be happy to but am not finding instructions anywhere on how to add pics here. The FAQs don't answer that question and there are no buttons on the screen to click to do so. I'm sure I am just overlooking something, but-- suggestion? Am on my iPhone.
It is not quick and easy to add pictures here. I wish we could drag and drop. You need to go here:
https://imgbb.com and follow the steps. Then copy and paste in your post.
Look under Resources at the top of the page Nancy, and then look for the Forum tab. Under that you’ll find an item on loading photos. https://help.schoolofweaving.tv/article/100-uploading-images
Thanks, Sandra. As I mentioned, I was on my iPhone (where my photos reside) and Resources is not visible on the browser-- I had to click the three lines (menu) to find it, and it hadn't occurred to me to look there for anything relating to posting photos. My lazy self was looking for a button.
I cut these towels off my 4H Nilus. Although I didn't like the warp when weaving, I like some of the results. As you can see, I wove straight and point twill and some broken and 3/1 twill too.
